CNPC JICHAI has built a body production line based on a pentahedron machine center, a crankshaft and camshaft production line based on large turn-milling Manu-center, a horizontal cylinder head production line based on vertical and horizontal machining center. The heat treatment adopts advanced technologies of controlled atmosphere multi-purpose furnace, crankshaft induction quenching machine tool. Our fully enclosed, clean and dustless internal combustion engine assembly plant adopts advanced island assembly technology, and the internal combustion engine test has all been digitized.

JICHAI is CNPC power equipment test base. The measurement center established the highest measurement standard for the company, equipped with a large-scale industrial CT, three-coordinate machine as the sign of the verification equipment and testing equipment, covering the four majors of length, thermals, mechanics, and electronics, it can perform a variety sophisticated detection of geometric errors, temperature, force values and electrical parameters. Physical and Chemical Center has more than 40 sets of direct reading photoelectric spectrometer, oil analyzer, gas chromatograph, metallographic microscope hardness tester, testing machine and other equipment, these equipment can take comprehensive physicochemical analysis of product materials, oils and gases. The perfect measures of physical and chemical testing have played a key role in product quality control.
